EU Manager of Subscriber Acquisition Marketing

Summary

Exclaim is looking for an experienced mobile subscriber acquisition marketing professional in Europe to assist and report to the Vice President of Marketing. The role will require the candidate to aggressively build and scale subscribers in Europe, with an end goal of extending Exclaim’s global footprint in Europe via developing and managing an international office.

Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the EU Manager of Subscriber Acquisition Marketing role is central to the success of the business through the growth of subscribers and developing new advertising outlets in Europe. The role will require both analytical and critical thinking with a flair for creativity.

The ideal candidate is expected to help in the development of new marketing initiatives with the overall goal of increasing subscriber acquisition throughout Europe.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual with the drive and determination to help increase the top and bottom lines of a growing company. The role will also lead to the establishment of Exclaim Mobility, Inc. in Europe, and developing and managing a team to support marketing acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch mobile marketing campaigns with the end goal of building application subscriber growth throughout Europe.
• Manage various mobile advertising campaigns.
• Research mobile advertising networks throughout Europe.
• Manage the PL for an application or product group.
• Develop key relationships with European mobile carriers and advertising networks.
• Build European marketing team.

Experience / Skills

Minimum of 5-7 years mobile subscriber acquisition marketing experience. Direct experience and contacts within the mobile space in Europe. Experience working with, or for, European advertising networks/agencies (Yahoo, Buongiorno, Cellfish), mobile application content providers (Rovio,Spotify, Com2uS, 2ergo).

• Solid understanding of mobile marketing and subscriber acquisition.
• Versed with CPM, CPC and CPA marketing programs (banner, text, search)
• Experience in building and managing marketing teams.
• Very strong analytical and reporting skills including proficiency in Excel.
• Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Accept accountability for meeting deadlines while producing high quality work
• Excellent writing/editing skills
• Technically savvy with excellent computer skills
• Superb organization skills a must with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, small company environment
• Additional key requirements include excellent leadership, organization, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• International marketing, including foreign language proficiency in English and two other European languages.
